Please use the following form to submit your design request with as much detail as possible. This will help keep all projects organized, prioritize, and speed up deliverables.
Please make sure to place artwork received from the client onto the Project Server > Projects > Job Number > Client Provided Files
Please leave detailed instructions from the customer to ensure the task is done correctly and on time.
Once your design request is submitted, your job will move into the Creative Department Que and within 1 business day, be assessed for its' turn time. That turn time will be communicated to you via an email from Active Collab.
All other questions and/or information regarding your job going forward should be submitted through Active Collab in the Discussion Section, not via email.
Any extra files, outside of the original one, should be put in a new folder named Extra Files created by you, in the job folder location on the Project Server > Projects > Job number > Client Provided Files > Extra Files. Please reference the exact file name in the discussion section in Active Collab, so the Creative Department understands which file you are referring to.
After a job is complete, in the Creative Department, we will created a folder named Final Creative. We will place the final file on the Project Server > Projects > Job Number > Final Creative. Please look here to retrieve your file.
With the load of work we are receiving, I just want to let you know that our typical design requests are 3-5 business days out, not counting weekends, but I will submit the request and follow up with you. Please see below for Estimated Turn-times.
Luckily, this is not something you have to worry about. Just choose your best guess on the intake form. After submitted, the Creative Department will evaluate the job and let you know.
The timeline begins once the Creative Department receives all the information needed to complete the job. (This includes any extra questions asked by the Creative Department about your job).
Please make sure to take a sample to the Creative Department so we can take the appropriate measures to account for the address block.
When you are in Active Collab hold down Control F on a PC, or Option F on a Mac. In the search field, type in the job number. Active Collab will simultaneously highlight the job number within the job stacks below. Click on that job and it will open.
This time is for any document needing a basic pre-flight, or to request final files for printing. All files will be placed in the Project Server > Projects > Job Number > Final Files
This time frame is for any minor changes to a document, pending we have the native files on hand to make the changes. If we don't have the native files, sometimes it will become a New Creative.
This time frame is for any artwork that is a design from scratch. This also includes design modifications with native files, that will have to be re-designed.
Please keep in mind these examples are approximates. An exact time frame will be communicated to you once the job is submitted and reviewed by the Creative Department.
The time frames for Design Modification and New Creative reflect each proof. Any design modifications made after a proof will start the time line again…so please always leave time for proofing back and forth between the client and the Creative Department in your timelines.
